Methods of Ordering:

All orders must be placed through our website for inventory and tracking purposes.

Cancel my Order:

All orders must be cancelled by e-mail at Sales@SandyCats.com prior to date of production. Cancelled roof top tent orders after production has started will incur a 20% fee.

Warranties:

All Sandy Cats products will have a one year warranty unless otherwise specified. You will be responsible for shipping defective product to us in Upland, CA. 

Shower System Replacement Parts/ Upgrades​

Unfortunately we are unable to sell individual parts to everyone as many parts have limited supply at times and we need to keep stock for our customers. However, if you ordered our system and would like to upgrade or replace your parts, we are here for you! Please e-mail us or DM us on IG (@SandyCats_) with your order # (or full name) and what parts you would like. Pricing is as follows (all parts are plug and play - no additional parts required):

"Faucet" (coupling + Elbow): $25 + free shipping

Black Hose + Black Nozzle: $45 + free shipping

Custom Shower + Suction holder: $45 + free shipping
